Born in Provence and now proudly at Sherborne Prep, Alexandre is a powerhouse in the gym. He trains at Poole Gymnastics and Trampolining Club, specialising in tumbling—a breath-taking mix of flips, speed, and strength down a 25-metre sprung track. He started gymnastics at just three and was selected for an Artistic Gymnastics Squad by six. Since then, he’s won gold at club and regional level and silver for floor at the South West Championships. He joined his coach, Michael Barnes, and the British Tumbling Team at the Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships in Birmingham, soaking up world-class inspiration as he prepares to compete with the Poole GTC tumbling development group. |
On stage, he shone as Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, delivering charm, mischief, and magic in equal measure. Drama is one of his favourite things—and it shows. Alexandre also has a brilliant scientific mind. He loved coding, building, and racing robotic Lego cars in a STEM workshop with THALES. He thrives on experimenting, solving problems, and collaborating with his team. In the gym or lab, he’s always thinking fast and reaching high. |
